Relational performance/ photographs
Treviso and Toronto, 2009

Description

I found conventional language courses to be tedious and limited. I decided to study a second language indirectly, while trying to learn something else. I took lessons in ping pong in Italian, salsa dancing in Italian, and basic first aid in Italian.

I invited a graduating Physics student to give me an intensive lesson on the subject of primordial black holes entirely in Italian.

Special thanks to Riccardo Borsato, Claudio Nasato and Andre Gastaldini for lessons, and to Edoardo and Alessandra Borsato for photographic assistance.

The lessons took place in various locations, including Mississauga, Toronto, and Treviso, Italy in 2009.
